A poetic quality of listening emerges from the simplicity, liveliness and freedom of this music.<\/p><p>Florentin Ginot has arranged this repertoire for his double bass, occasionally employing electronics; the songs will be interspersed\u00a0with interludes in which the musical relics are filtered and transformed with modern synthesizers. A dialogue with the distant past that Germain Zambi captures, modulates and rotates within a circle, a performance space with special meaning for the Krump community.
